20 Steps To A Better Life

  1. Simplify and unclutter your living spaces
  2. Recognise and enjoy the many small pleasures and moments in your life
  3. Enjoy the moment & live in the NOW!
  4. Make time for family and friends
  5. Take on less however make that the stuff you really want to do
  6. Slow down and remember you can’t sprint all the time
  7. Surround yourself with good, positive people who inspire you to be better via their energy
  8. Never stop learning
  9. Judge others less
  10. Learn how to say NO without guilt
  11. Learn how to say YES without doubt
  12. Not everyone will like you and that is okay.  Simply avoid these people and remove them from your life.
  13. More action less analysis – get out of the blocks with confidence
  14. Research more, read more, watch more, listen more
  15. Repeat this to yourself regularly “You are good enough and you are learning something everyday”
  16. Avoid gossipers, critics, haters and other energy and soul suckers. Remove this energy and action.
  17. Learn a new skill often
  18. Check email less and act on to do lists more
  19. Put the smartphone down and unplug from the Matrix occasionally, there is a whole world out there to be explored
  20. Find and live your purpose, live your passion and live by a mission
