I suggest researching the failures of successful people and learn to understand it was their failures and the lessons received that ultimately taught them how to achieve success.
4. Measure progress
Be sure to measure and acknowledge your progress. Understand where you are going, how far you have come and how far you still need to go. One step at a time and make sure you measure the steps and take notes on what works, what doesn’t and what you need to adjust.
Your success is not measured by the end result however by the steps it took to get there.
5. Acknowledge grit
Don’t wait to the end of your journey to seek praise or a reward. Make sure you humbly praise yourself for the work you have done and acknowledge every positive step you make. If you can make one positive step, you can take another. Simply repeat the focus and energy. It all comes down to the vibrations you present to yourself. Be kind and keep going.
Repeat what works. Acknowledge your grit.
