I have decided to personally bring essential oils into my personal environment and what I have done is do the research required into the most popular oils so I can then get a true grasp of their benefits.
I will have a few different posts and videos for each of these essential oils throughout my website explaining exactly what they do with the hope that you may try them out for yourself.
Essential oils are not ‘legalised’ drugs (Big Pharm) and cannot be ‘promoted’ as official remedies or recommended ‘professionally’ for treatment of pain and other conditions.
That is just from a perceived ‘legal’ position however it is CLEAR that essential oils have a place in our modern human environment and should not be ignored.
They can be used to support better health, which may naturally lead to a reduced need for pain relievers and other man made pharmaceuticals.
What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are the direct extracts of plants, containing many natural chemicals and compounds that have extensively been studied for their unique health and healing benefits.
There are literally thousands of scientific studies proving without doubt the numerous benefits of essential oils and their direct contribution for better human health.
Some essential oils do come with side effects (skin rashes or sneezing) due to their concentrated form however these conditions are far more subtle and rare than the adverse effects experienced by general pharmaceutical drugs.
I know what I would prefer to use first.
It is always best to seek guidance from a qualified practitioner (one you trust and is awake) when using essential oils.
All health considerations need to be addressed intelligently.
6 Essential Oils – The Pain Relievers

Frankincense is famous for being mentioned in the Bible as a gift from the three wise men (magi) and I feel there is more to understand about these amazing oils and I plan on finding out.

The unfortunate reality is we are not taught this information at school which is a major fail and it is time we did.
From my studies most pain is a result of inflammation and that is why it needs to be addressed as a major component to our health.
Inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, dehydration and bio-field energy disruption is where disease (dis-ease) manifests.
