I feel we need to concentrate more on what exact environmental factors cause inflammatory responses in our body.

Inflammation at a cellular level.

Understanding inflammation itself.

While we are looking at cellular health we should also look at how that connects with Visceral Fat (deep fat) and the choices we make on a daily basis.

Visceral Fat is fat tissue that surrounds your vital organs. Visceral (adipose tissue) is found deep inside your tissue and is generally referred to as belly fat. If you have too much visceral fat, you will be at higher risk for specific health conditions and diseases.

Visceral fat and inflammation are separate issues however you will find they are byproducts of the same behaviours.

There is a connection.

The commercialised foods we eat are infused with preservatives, sugars, chemicals and additives and there are also foods, I believe, we as humans are not meant to eat.

Such as wheat.  Such as GMO.  Such as hybrids.

I feel all humans are allergic to wheat and these genetically altered foods.

I feel we are also allergic to all the byproducts of wheat so it pays to understand what is in the foods we eat.

My instincts tell me this in all my experience with not only dealing with people in my fitness centre, as a health coach, however at a personal level with eating these foods and how they respond to my own body.

Think about that for a minute.

Wheat and all the byproducts are almost in all things processed.

As a race we are always feeling bloated and seem to hold excess water.

Inflamed, fat and depressed?

Why do we feel like this?

We are inflamed!

Inflammation is a biological response caused by pathogens, chemicals, neurotoxins, damaged cells, and/or irritants. Anything that is “un-natural” to the body will cause an inflammatory response of some degree. Inflammation is the bodies protective response at a cellular level. The function of inflammation is to eliminate the initial cause of cell injury, cell damage, clear out invasive elements and start to initiate the repair of damaged tissue. The body is not meant to be in a permanent state of inflammation as this ultimately causes a string of devastating conditions.


If we combine all this with all the chemicals, additives and essentially eating all the wrong foods on an consistent basis throughout our life, especially the first 30+ years, no wonder we are inflamed and have higher levels (volume) of deep fat (visceral fat) and no wonder cancer, depression, sickness and disease are at there highest levels…..ever.

Just remember you can’t burn fat cells.

This is a fixed number derived from your child hood and genetics (Swedish studies conclusively prove this).

We have the same number of white fat cells our entire life however what we can can do is reduce the volume of these cells.

Simply make them smaller.

It is only the size of your fats cells that change, not the number

This is key knowledge and will make you want to look at fat in a different way.

I suggest trying a wheat free daily eating routine, a preservative free, neurotoxin free, GMO free daily eating routine and see how that works for you.

I would be interested to hear your results.

I would also look into eating foods that support health and nothing else.

Eat for performance and life.

Your food choice is either a natural medicine, biologically suitable, or it is not.

Electric foods, essential enzymes, GSH, structured water, key supplementation and essential oils and minerals.

Personally it has made a massive difference to my health avoiding these products in all their forms.

It is also not easy to do in this modern world.

Research everything and empower yourself.

Turmeric (curcumin), Fish-oil, electric foods, detoxificationstructured water and key essential oils are great at reversing inflammation.

Better food choices will reduce the size of your white fat cells, your visceral fat zones which will support better appearance and health.

So are the below mentioned foods and specific daily acts of intent.

We have more to learn and I feel our daily routines need to address these elements and ensure they play an active role in our lives.

Make the effort.

Exercise by itself is pretty useless just for fat loss.

Control your calorie intake, control the quality of calories, understand your macro % and ensure you consume the right enzymes, minerals, supplements and vitamins that will support fat loss and better health.

Reduce inflammation and reduce the volume of your white fat cells and your life will be better.
