Erin’s Protein Power Balls – Thermomix Version
210g Dried Fruit
2.5 tbsp Cocoa
1.5 tsp Vanilla Essence
1.5 scoops Protein Powder
Speed 9, 1min 20 sec.
Roll into balls and coat in coconut.
Erin’s Protein Power Balls – Food Processor Version
2 Cups Nuts/Seeds
2 Cups Dried Fruit
1.5 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
3 tbs Cocoa
In a good quality food processor – Nuts first, then fruit, add the rest, then roll into balls!
