There is no doubt in my mind that the understanding of frequencies and their specific purpose and wave length will be the ultimate guide to enlightenment, true health and a higher state of consciousness.

This is my favourite subject and I am passionate about it and that is why I research so heavily into the subject.

I believe it is the answer to all our problems.

If we can teach this science and understanding and make it mainstream in our communities I believe we can achieve an environment of utopia.

Energy, frequencies and specific vibrations are the cornerstone and building blocks found in all life forms.

Without energy, frequencies and vibrations life cannot exist.

If we were able to measure the vibrational rate of our energies I believe we could determine our health, well-being and state of mind.

This can be done by studying the frequencies of your internal and external energy sources.

It is time we all studied into these subjects so we can best understand our reality, our environment and our biology.

The frequency rate of energy in the the human body is generally measured using the acronym MHz (megahertz).

These measurements are made by using advanced frequency measuring technology.

My studies show if your energy frequency is vibrating below 60 megahertz, specifically 58MHz or below, you are at risk of getting sick.

The key is to raise your vibrations on a daily basis and ensure you are above 60MHz.

It makes a lot of sense to me.

Tainio has determined that the average frequency of the human body during the awake hours or daytime is 62-68 [M]Hz.

A healthy body frequency is essentially 62-72 [M]Hz.

Vibrational frequencies play the significant role in the creation of our entire physical reality.

I would also go as far as to say in our subconscious reality too.

Every biological or non-biological element has a unique energy signature that vibrates at certain frequencies.

Understanding how energy frequency works is important for your well-being, because when your energy isn’t vibrating correctly, you are more vulnerable to diseases.

My understanding is if you are able to keep your body’s frequency above and beyond 62 MHz, you should not have to worry about cancer, disease or getting sick.

You will think clearly, be productive and your IQ can also increase.

You will age less and live longer.

To prevent your body’s biological frequencies from dropping to low levels, avoid eating fake food, junk food, canned food and processed food.

Also, practice meditation on a regular basis because meditation increases the vibrational rate of your energy.

Only listen to music tuned to A=432Hz, all other vibrations are harmful.

I don’t trust these people and I will say that our music industry is tuned to a disharmonious frequency scale , in fact I know it is.

Should be A=432Hz however it has been universally tuned to 440Hz and 448Hz dependent on the country.

Our vibrations and environment is making us sick and they are profiting from it.

Here is what you can do to raise your vibrations:
