Turmeric has some very powerful anti-inflammatory properties and this little serum recipe is really good.
I have mine by the teaspoon or tablespoon in my smoothies or even straight out of the jar.

Turmeric is also well known to treat depression and also helps to lower cholesterol.
Turmeric treats depression with the special property it contains called Curcumin.
How to make a Turmeric serum:
- 1Tbsp – Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp – Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp – Lemin Rind
- 1 Inch – Ginger
- 2 Tbsp – Honey
- A pinch of black pepper.
It is suggested to always mix black pepper with Curcumin for greater synthesis.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Stir it and serve with smoothie or straight

It is best consumed on a daily basis.
