Sebastian’s 3 Fitness Domains
1. Physical Domain
Dispel these concepts, and emphasise the term “physical activity” versus “exercise,” as the latter often is attached to ideas of unattainable body physiques and unachievable goals.
Love your own body and accept that you are awesome and unique. Self-improvement and success will only be reflective of your own physical attributes, mental toughness and willingness to change key aspects in your life. The result will be that you will become the person you really want to be internally, which will outshine any external inhibitions.
Conduct and complete your our breakthrough program if you need initial support and use it is a base of personal awareness.
Work out what you need to do, be honest.
QUICK TIP: Say it, write it, commit to it and do it!
How will it make you feel overall and how will you feel if you achieve your goals and ambitions?
2. Nutrition Domain
The second fitness domain is healthy eating and making better choices, which involves more than just “good” dietary nutrition. Everyone needs to understand the thought processes associated with their eating habits, and you will need to restore your physiological identification of hunger and learn to respond appropriately to it.
No more diets!
The non-diet approach allows you to let go of rigid diet rules or strict weight-reduction diets that do not work in the long run.
3. Emotional Domain
Emotional well-being is the third fitness domain.
Physical activity and healthy eating are often tied to emotional health, addressing this domain can often jump-start your motivation to tackle the others. You may feel uncomfortable questioning your own emotional well-being. However, failure to do so could be a missed opportunity to inspire healthy behaviour changes. Are you feeling sadness, stress or anxiety, and help them understand possible causes, such as a broken relationship, too many activities or even a lack of sleep. Create a strategy for coping, such as learning to express feelings in appropriate ways, talking to a close friend, counsellor, and your coach, using relaxation methods and taking time for self-care.
Another way to address emotional well-being is through a food and activity journal in you will record what you eat each day and how it made you feel. This can help you understand how their emotions play a part in what you eat, and it can teach you to not reach for food in order to deal with stress or other emotions. You will also be encouraged to set small, achievable goals related to your emotional well-being, such as spending time planning things for yourself. Making a fitness schedule, making adjustments to habits and prioritising your own development is paramount.
