This week I hit a milestone of 200+ followers and I thought that was pretty cool and an ok place to be after 4 months.
I waited for a few days to just make sure I maintained the 200+ level before making a post so not to look stupid if it went back down to 199.
I am sure others have done the same thing, waited just to make sure?
The world is built on numbers and we seem to be addicted to them.
Money, stats and a sense of justified existence by the amount of numbers we hold.
Natural competitive nature or just one of the 7 deadly sins?
Pretty funny when you think about it.
As I get older I have started to let go of the numbers and focus more on my own life journey.
Minimalism and simplicity has taken over.
Last year I started to sell everything I own and I am now down to just what is in my bedroom and a small cage of “stuff” I can’t seem to get rid of.
Anyone else have this problem?
For now I will continue to minimise my life and focus on experiences and move forward to my dream of owning a health and spirituality retreat.
I have a master plan and Steemit will be my journal.
I have Steem fever…and I love it.
